Air Cleaning & Purification

The most effective ways to improve your indoor air are to reduce or remove the sources of pollutants and to ventilate with clean outdoor air. Regularly, scheduled filter changes in your furnace or central heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) system improve indoor air quality. HVAC filters can reduce indoor air pollution; however, they cannot remove all pollutants from the air.

Air purification is the process of sanitizing the air by neutralizing airborne toxins (gases and off-gassing, bacteria, viral or fungal matter, toxic pathogens, etc.). Air purification uses a different method than an air filter to purify the air of toxins. Instead of simply trapping airborne particles within the mechanism of a filter, an air purifier emits something to kill, neutralize, transform or otherwise render airborne toxins harmless. Two options are NPBI and UV.

GPS NEEDLEPOINT BIPOLAR IONIZATION (NPBI): A PROVEN PROCESS TO CLEAN THE AIR

The air around us is filled with particles like dust, dander, pollen, smoke, odours and even pathogens including mould, viruses, and bacteria. The patented NPBI technology cleans the air by introducing ions into space via the airflow in your ventilation system. This technology delivers indoor air that’s free of ozone and other harmful by-products. Through NPBI️, GPS products improve the air by reducing airborne particulates, odours and pathogens.

GPS offers revolutionary technology that fights pathogens and provides safer, cleaner air. The patented needlepoint bi-polar ionization (NPBI®) technology can be found in more than 250,000 installations worldwide.

Cleaner Air, Naturally

Naturally occurring ions are everywhere outdoors, and they are constantly working to clean the air. Ions are created with energy from rushing water, crashing waves and even sunlight. GPS NPBI technology generates ions without producing ozone or other harmful byproducts, so you can bring outdoor freshness indoors.

SANUVOX: THE LEADER IN UV AIR & SURFACE DISINFECTION

Sanuvox Technologies Inc. is a global leader in ultraviolet air purification providing the most advanced cost-effective in-duct and stand-alone UV air and coil disinfection systems available. The proprietary UV systems are designed to maximize exposure time delivering the Ultraviolet energy required for exceptionally high airborne sterilization rates.

The in-duct and stand-alone systems are used around the world in residential, commercial, institutional, and medical installations and have been widely accepted to be the most effective air disinfection systems.

Founded in 1995, Sanuvox Technologies’ mission has been to design a line of residential and commercial UV air and surface disinfection units that reproduce the natural purification process of the sun in the upper atmosphere.

The Sun and UV Rays

The sun projects UV rays (ultraviolet) with specific wavelengths that destroy and deactivate contaminants that are in the atmosphere. Just like the UVC and UVV rays of the sun, Sanuvox’s UV air disinfection systems produce the same wavelengths, bringing the same natural process indoors. Sanuvox systems, installed inside a ventilation duct, continually destroy contaminants as they travel through the building, becoming a true air disinfection system.
